Crown Point Christian School has an immediate need for a Director of Admissions.
The Director of Admissions represents and markets the school to parents, prospective parents and the community in order to bring in new students and retain current students. He/she manages the entire admissions process and events from initial inquiry to enrollment to integration into the school.
The Director manages the part time Media Coordinator, overseeing all print material, online advertisements, website, social media and in-school video presentations. He/she oversee the aesthetic presentation and marketing of the school building, in conjunction with the Development Director and the Facilities Manager. The Director coordinates details of all admissions events including content, set up, refreshments, team assignments, etc.
The Director of Admission and Recruitment will be a dedicated Christian as evidenced by church involvement, and an eagerness to demonstrate a Christian walk with the Lord. The Director must have a thorough understanding of, and agreement with, the mission, philosophy and pedagogy of CPCS including the Reformed perspective. He/she must be able to explain CPCS mission and vision in a compelling way. The Director must possess outstanding skills in: verbal, visual and written communication, proactive decision making, teamwork and collaboration, flexibility and adaptability, emotional maturity and stability, strict confidence and team leadership. He/she must be able to think strategically and innovate to develop admissions and retention efforts. Must have a persuasive personality, be highly sociable and able to sustain high levels of energy over extended periods. The Director must be tech savvy, able to effectively and efficiently utilize the FACTS Admissions tool, both Google and Office Suite applications and graphic design programs as required by the position.
